Crane Production Systems manufactures standard Shadow guard mounting hardware.

Originally designed for use by our installation crews, many companies buy them to install their own guards. We have hundreds of installations using our floor mounted posts.

Important reasons for their use include:

Fast and easy to install.

Just drill for floor anchors (included) and screw Shadows to the rings.

Adjust guard height using the set screw on the rings.

Damage resistant.

Shadows hide behind the mounting pole.

If the pole is hit, it may only pull out the floor anchor.

Problems solved.

Guards that are mounted on-the-press will shake loose, get bent when hit, cause impact damage to the electronics and soon be out of alignment. (Unnecessary maintenance!) On-the -press mountings must be designed one by one, are difficult to fabricate and do not move easily if guarding needs change.

SHPOST – Standard 6 foot tall post made from 2-1/2″ square tube, 3/16 wall with 4 x 6 x 1/2 thick drilled base plate. Concrete anchors (4 ea.), 3″ x 3/8″ are included!

SHRING8 – Rings for mounting Shadow 8 (18” & 24;”) guards. Order (4) rings to mount one transmitter and one receiver! Rings are sold one at a time not in pairs. People use rings to mount other things to the poles like SmartPAC2s, hard guards, chutes.

SHRING7 – Rings for mounting Shadow 7 guards. Order (4) rings to mount one transmitter and one receiver! Rings are sold one at a time not in pairs. People use rings to mount other things to the poles like SmartPAC2s, hard guards, chutes.

SHRINGMIR8 – Ring to mount Shadow corner mirrors.

SHRINGMIR7 – Ring to mount Shadow 7 corner mirrors.

SHRING836 – Ring to mount 36″ and larger Shadow 8’s.

SHRING6 – Rings to mount Shadow 6 (18 & 24″ Units)

SHRING636 – Rings to mount Shadow 6, 36″ and larger units.
